Hello Brothers and Sisters of Local 31 I would like to congratulate all the newly elected committeepersons and alternates. Thank you for doing your part in getting involved in the union. If I can be of any help, please let me know and also thanks to everyone that signed up as a candidate. The Local 31 BBQ Cook-off has been moved to September 11th, due to having a having scheduled Saturday-more information will be posted in the coming month. The next union meeting is Sunday, July 18th-please make an effort to attend. The Retiree Chapter’s union meetings for July and August are postponed until September 21, 2010. The Vice President or Vice Presidents shall assist the President in the discharge of her/his duties and shall attend all sessions of the Local Union. In case of the absence or incapacity of the President, the President's duties shall be performed by the Vice President, provided that where there are two (2) or more Vice Presidents, the Local Union shall determine which of them shall perform such duties. |
